Foundations 1 Prepatory class for your WOD. This is required as we will teach you the proper technique and form to AVOID any injuries. You really need this class!
Open WOD Do anything in the gym that doesn’t fall under pornography. No COACH on deck. You practice your skills or other movements on your own. You can use this time to catch up on the WODs you missed.
