W.O.D. 5 CrossFit Workout of the Day: The best thing you could do to look good naked.
WOD/Trial 4 Regular bodyweight class. Just as intense as the regular WODs but easy enough for beginners to follow.
Bootcamp/Trial 3 Super Cardio workout minus the weights. Highly recommended for beginners or for those regulars that want to focus on conditioning.
CrossFit KIDS 2 CrossFit Kids is a strength-and-conditioning program that is specially designed for kids and teenagers and their specific developmental needs and helps them to develop a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting, children and teens participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes.
Foundations 1 Prepatory class for your WOD. This is required as we will teach you the proper technique and form to AVOID any injuries. You really need this class!
Open WOD Do anything in the gym that doesn’t fall under pornography. You can use this time to catch up on the WODs you missed.
