Crossfit Kids is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids and helps them develop a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting, children participate in a fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes.
The goal of the Crossfit Kids program is develop and improve general physical fitness in order to prepare kids to be safe in sports (and life in general). But, despite the increased physical demands of the class, the focus is still on fun. The kids program is being offered to kids ages 5-12 years old.
