Partner WOD — do this with family, a friend, enjoy fitness outside the box

In teams of two, with one partner working at a time, partners alternate rounds,

30 min AMRAP:

5 Push ups
10 Burpees
15 Squats
200 M Run (If you cannot measure 200 M, more or less, its a 1 minute run.)

If you have a Kettlebell, you may sub the burpees with 10 KBS.
